The forensic team immediately rushed to the burgled safe. Surveying the chaotic scene, they deftly began collecting samples. Hearing the commotion, Su Kaiming arrived on the scene. He directed the staff, "Leave no stone unturned."
"Sure, boss," they replied.
Given the size of the vault, the sampling process took a while. But Su Kaiming waited patiently.
"Boss, we've completed the sampling. There are indeed fingerprints in a couple of places. Now we just need to match them," reported one of the forensic experts.
Su Kaiming nodded. "Good. I need the results as soon as possible." With fingerprints in hand, things were bound to get easier.
At the Su Corporation, panic still hung in the air. Su Yue walked over with a slight frown. He saw the forensic team bustling around and a group of jittery employees huddled together, whispering about the strange events of the day.
"Who on earth broke into the safe?"
"I heard five hundred million yuan is missing!"

Early that morning, the person in charge of the vault noticed something amiss. The door was ajar. Upon entering, they found the safe had been pried open. "But it could be a thief, couldn't it?"
"Yeah. Why not check the surveillance footage?"
As Su Yue approached, he heard their whispers and felt a twinge of annoyance. "Aren't you all supposed to be working? What's all this gossip about?"

Su Yue rolled his eyes and headed straight for the chairman's office. Without bothering to knock, he walked in. "Big Brother, what's going on?"

This time, Su Yue refrained from arguing. "Big Brother, the data is gone?"

"Five hundred million yuan is missing too?" Su Yue continued.

"All the employees are accounted for. If someone stole something and didn't run, it can't be an insider." The thief must have fled long ago. Who would stick around and wait to be caught?
"Why can't it be an insider? Only someone from within the company could have found the vault so easily," retorted Su Kaiming.
Su Yue stared at him for a while. "But you can't just ignore the external suspects, can you?" What was Su Kaiming thinking, focusing solely on the internal staff?
"I don't need you to tell me how to do my job," Su Kaiming sneered.
"You..." Su Yue shook his head. "I'm done playing this game with you, Big Brother. You're such a weirdo." Searching for the culprit inside and outside the company wasn't mutually exclusive. What was Su Kaiming up to? "I'm going home. Call off the security guards!"
Due to Su Kaiming's lockdown order, security guards were stationed downstairs. No one in the company was allowed to leave until the culprit was found.

Before Su Yue could finish his sentence, there was a knock on the door. Su Kaiming called out, "Come in."
A forensic expert entered, holding a record book. He looked at Su Kaiming and said, "Boss, this is the fingerprint information of the employees collected from your company."

The expert nodded. "Yes, we do."
Su Yue was about to leave the chairman's office when he heard the expert's words. He was shocked. Was the culprit really from within the company?
The expert took out a document from his bag. "Boss, take a look. This is the suspect's fingerprint, which matches exactly with the one collected from the scene."
He unfolded the document. "It matches a person named Su Yue."
