"Yes, sir." The boss staggered out to call the police.
Huo Cheng saw the attacker still struggling, so he kicked him unconscious with one foot. Then, he held Gu Sisi in one arm and made a call with the other.
"Find out who's behind this! If you can't, you might as well kill yourselves!" His eyes were bloodshot, burning with endless fury.
Was this a provocation? How dare they keep angering him like this!
A thoughtful look flashed across Huo Cheng's eyes.

"Coming, coming!" She was starving. She had woken up too early today.
She silently complained about Huo Cheng in her heart but was afraid that he would notice. After muttering a few words, she pretended nothing had happened.
When she opened the door, she saw a man wearing a hat. His face was hidden.
"Miss, is this your order?"
Gu Sisi glanced at the order. It was a chicken feet and pig's trotters combo. She quickly nodded. "Yes, it's mine."
"Okay, please sign here." The man handed her a pen.
Gu Sisi took the food with one hand and the pen with the other. She quickly signed her name.
"Here you go." Gu Sisi handed the order back to him.
The man looked up and gave her a strange smile.
"Hmm? Is there anything else?"
"You've seen my face." The man replied sinisterly.

"So?" Gu Sisi was completely confused. Did she have to be responsible for seeing his face?
What the hell? Did his ethnic group have some strange customs, like not being allowed to look directly at someone?
The more she thought about it, the more likely it seemed. Gu Sisi quickly apologized, "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to."
"It's too late. You've seen my face."
