She didn't rush to sleep. Instead, she sat on the bed waiting for Lu Luochen to come out of the bathroom.
She leaned against the headboard. Before long, Lu Luochen came out in his pajamas.
"I didn't mean to ignore your calls. My phone just ran out of battery at that time," Wen Sining explained her behavior of not answering calls or replying to messages.
"It's okay. I was just worried that you might get lost since you're not familiar with this place," Lu Luochen said.

The two changed their clothes and went out.
As soon as they got downstairs, Qingtang was getting up to prepare breakfast. Seeing them, she immediately greeted them, "Good morning, Uncle and Auntie." She then looked at their clothes. "Are you going for a morning run?"
"Good morning, Qingtang," Wen Sining waved at her.
"We'll have breakfast when we get back," Lu Luochen said to her.
Qingtang nodded.
The two went out.
