Chapter 230: Vivian Is Dead

"Okay." Su Qingwen tightened her fingers. Suddenly, she became extremely nervous, her face turning slightly pale. She glanced at the two people and asked, "What is it?"

"Vivian has always wanted us to find you. We're not sure about the specific reason. You'd better go and check it out for yourself," the policeman nodded, gesturing for Su Qingwen to go out now.

"Okay." Su Qingwen grabbed her coat and quickly followed behind them.

"Madam, how about I go with you? It's not safe for you to go alone," Aunt Wang said, looking uncomfortable as she quickly stepped forward and grabbed Su Qingwen's arm.

"Sure." Su Qingwen composed herself and left with Aunt Wang.

She walked very fast, and her heart couldn't help but race.

When they arrived, she saw Vivian sitting on a chair. Vivian didn't look well. Her face had a tinge of lividness. On closer inspection, there were bloodshot eyes in her eyes, making her look haggard.

"Did you want to see me?" Su Qingwen pulled out a chair and sat opposite her, asking coldly.

"Yes." Vivian cleared her throat. She clenched her fists, her eye sockets red as she said, "Su Qingwen, I shouldn't have done this. I was just being instigated by someone else."

"You can't treat me like this!" With that, Vivian seemed to be stimulated. She suddenly slapped the table and then grabbed Su Qingwen's neck.

Su Qingwen didn't expect that this person had called her here for such a thing. She struggled constantly, and tears fell from her eyes.

Subconsciously, she felt for something. Su Qingwen picked it up and hit Vivian on the head.

"Ah!" Vivian cried out in pain and took a few steps back. Her face instantly turned extremely pale. She sneered and suddenly spat out a mouthful of blood, then covered her chest.

"Help!" Su Qingwen was also scared by this scene. She immediately slapped the door.

The policemen outside heard the noise and quickly opened the door.

When they saw such a bloody scene, they were also shocked for a moment. Then they quickly helped Vivian up from the ground and tried to rescue her.

Su Qingwen felt that her nose was filled with the smell of blood. She covered her mouth and nose with difficulty, her brows tightly furrowed, and her face turning extremely pale.

"Madam, are you okay?" Aunt Wang heard the noise and came over to put a coat on her.

"I'm fine." Su Qingwen shook her head blankly, reached out to straighten her clothes, and her body trembled involuntarily.

For some reason, she felt that this matter was not that simple. Vivian had inexplicably called her here, and such a thing had happened.

"I don't know what's going on with Vivian. I think it's strange. It seems a bit off, as if someone had arranged it," Su Qingwen lowered her head and said thoughtfully.

Suddenly, someone called her again. Su Qingwen was stunned for a moment and then pressed the answer button.

"Qingwen, do you like the gift I gave you? Don't you always hate that Vivian? Now it's okay. She's already died in front of you," Shen Lingyun's fierce voice rang out again.

"It was you who did this!" Su Qingwen seemed to understand something. She gritted her teeth tightly, her face turning extremely pale. She gave a bitter smile, tightened her fingers, and said, "Do you want to frame me?"

Before she could finish her question, the other side had already hung up the phone.

Su Qingwen was so upset that she threw the things on the ground. She felt extremely uncomfortable. She lowered her head, not knowing what to do.

"Madam, how about we leave first?" Aunt Wang glanced at her and suggested.

"No need." Su Qingwen shook her head and quickly took two steps forward. "I don't believe that Vivian would die like this. I'll wait for the result."

She followed Vivian to the hospital, but it was already too late. The person couldn't be saved. It seemed that due to a rapid heart rate, which led to a myocardial infarction, she had already stopped breathing on the way to the hospital.

After learning this news, Su Qingwen slumped onto the bench at the hospital entrance. Tears welled up in her eyes.

This wasn't right. It shouldn't be like this! How old was Vivian? How could she die from such a disease?

"Madam, this matter has nothing to do with you. Don't worry about it," Aunt Wang walked to her side and comforted her in a low voice.

"How could it have nothing to do with me? The person Vivian wanted to see before she died was me. Also, she died in front of me. Do you think those policemen will let me go?" Su Qingwen supported her forehead, feeling that this matter was really very tricky.

She bit her lips tightly. Just as she was worrying, the policemen had already come in front of her. They said seriously, "Miss Su, we have a few questions regarding Vivian's matter."

"It's okay." Su Qingwen slowly stood up. She reached out and patted Aunt Wang's hand, then followed the policemen away.

It was just some simple questions. Su Qingwen couldn't have really killed Vivian in broad daylight. Anyway, the matter just ended without a result.

When she came out of the police station, Su Qingwen felt that her legs were weak. She lowered her head and walked carefully. But even so, she accidentally missed a step and fell forward.

Fortunately, she didn't fall directly to the ground. She fell into a warm embrace.

She looked up and happened to meet Hua Yueye's tender eyes.

She was slightly stunned. She felt that the world had become much warmer. She grabbed Hua Yueye's arm and barely stood up straight. Su Qingwen asked, "Why did you suddenly come here?"

"I heard that something happened to Vivian," Hua Yueye's expression was also solemn. He tightly held her soft hand. "Qingwen, I'm sorry. I just came here. I should have come earlier to accompany you."

"It's okay." Su Qingwen shook her head, grabbed his clothes, and lowered her voice. "Shen Lingyun. It was him who was causing trouble behind the scenes. I think Vivian's death must be related to him."

"What?" It had been a long time since they had heard this name. When Hua Yueye heard the name Shen Lingyun, there was a hint of surprise in his eyes. Then he frowned. "It seems that the policemen have never been able to find him. There's no sign of him, alive or dead."

"Exactly," Su Qingwen clenched her fists and nervously took out her phone. "Look, this is the call he made to me. I didn't even dare to delete the record."

"Okay." Hua Yueye's expression suddenly became very solemn. Then he dialed that number.

However, when he called, the number was an empty one. Hua Yueye sneered and put the phone away. "Qingwen, he's in the dark, and we're in the open. The situation is really unfavorable for us."
